How Much Does Mariah Carey Make Every year for "All I Want For Christmas is You?"
If you have ever been around a radio in November or December, there is a very good chance it was playing Mariah Carey. Her single "All I Want For Christmas Is You," is everywhere at this time of year. It is the 12th highest-selling single of All Time, and the best-selling Christmas single by a female artist. And every single year, Mariah Carey gets a nice royalty check from it. But how big is it? Well, one report is saying she gets $2.6 million from the royalties. And it's for a song she says took her 15 minutes to write. And that doesn't even include what she makes from doing Christmas tours every year.
New Cure For The Sniffles
Cold season can be rough. But one man took to TikTok to share what he thinks is the best cure for the sniffle. And it takes only two ingredients. Lemons, and sugar. Johnny Kyunghwo Sheldrick took to TikTok to share the recipe for Lemon Cheong. It is essentially a lemon syrup, that can be mixed with hot drinks like tea. Johnny suggested mixing it with Earl Gray Tea to help cure and prevent the sniffles. The lemons can also be substituted for other citrus fruit. New Record For Longest Beard Chain Set in Wyoming
Some records are really impressive. Fastest Mile ran. Most home runs in baseball. Others are just weird. Enter a group of men in Wyoming, who now own the world record for the longest beard chain. They clipped their beards together, to create a chain 150ft long, breaking the previous record of 62ft 6 inches set in Germany in 2007.
