ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter joined the John Kincade Show for his weekly hit (Wednesday at 8:10am). The Eagles are flying high with the NFL's ONLY undefeated record at 8-0. Things are going great and one of the reasons is because of the Eagles coaching staff which happens to be the youngest in the league. Schefter discussed the young coaching core.

“It’s easy to fit together when you’re 8-0. The more you win, the more people get along, and the easier it is. So they have the combination of both happening. They are connected, that it is a good group of people, that they do fit together, and they also happen to be unbeaten.”

The Phillies will welcome in the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football and Schefter gave his thoughts on the next opponent.

“I think Ron Rivera has done as good a job as you can do of kind of blocking out all the chaos that is swirling around the [Commanders] organization, and gotten these guys to focus on football. Inevitably, some of it has to seep in to the players, it just does. You can’t be immune to all of the noise that there is in Washington about that football team… So, they are playing better, but they’re still in that.”
