A free frosty? IN THIS ECONOMY?! Who says no to that?!

A few years back the Sixers and Wendy's came to a partnership where if an opposing player missed both free throws in a certain quarter. When the opposing player misses the first free throw the fans in attendance go nuts because they can all but taste that deliciousness. When the player misses the second free throw then were really partying! Knowing that everyone in the delaware valley just saved $1.69. There is no bigger rush then rolling through a Wendy's drive thru, ordering a small frosty and when they give you the price you say 'this one is on (fill in poor free throw shooter.)

But the Sixers don't start for a few weeks, so fans would have to wait for the CHANCE to grab a free frosty.....UNTIL NOW. Because the Eagles are swooping in and joining in on the fun. In a press release the team announced that fans can grab a free frosty if the Eagles hold an opponent without a touchdown in the first quarter. And with the way the Eagles have played the last two weeks then its safe to that Monday's are going to be slightly more fun in Philly for the rest of the season.

The Phillies and Flyers would be wise to jump on board. Free Frosty's go a LONG way in winning back a fan base.
