The Atheltic's Zach Berman joined the John Kincade Show Monday morning to recap the Eagles huge 24-8 win down in Washington. The Eagles improved to 3-0 and got to former quarterback Carson Wentz NINE times. The defense swarmed around and made life miserable for the opposing quarterback for the second straight week. 3 weeks into the season the Eagles find themselves atop of the division and Zach is convinced that this is real.

"I can say with confidence this is a legitimately good team," Zach told the guys. "If you look at their schedule, there aren't a lot of losses you circle."

But for the second week in a row the Eagles offense failed to replicate an explosive offense in the first half. The Eagles offense put up 24 points in the first half but then were shut out in the second half. Zach talked about the theory that the Eagles are taking their foot off the gas.

"Yesterday they didnt take their foot off the gas, they actually did the opposite. They thought they were too aggressive. When youre a big play offense youre going to have scoring barrages but youll also have some lulls. But when youre 3-0 thats a good problem to have."
