If you missed his Opening Diatribe today, you can see what he had to say below.
"The Body Bag Game Redux. I never thought I would see another Body Bag Game. This was the Body Bagster game. They destroyed Carson Wentz. It was Amazing. They got there early, they got home with 4, and they were getting home a lot. 9 Sacks, 2.5 by BG, 1.5 by Fletch, Reddick, and Sweat. My god, they were all over him. There is nothing like a sack-fest. I thought of Washington, and that day, The Body Bag Game. I never thought they would be able to do that now. But man they were incredible.
They took advantage of the offensive line, and they tortured him. And you knew that Wentz was going to hold the ball and try to play hero ball. And look, in fairness to him, he wasn't able to breathe.
The other aspect was, wow Jalen, another stellar game. Incredible game. He brings it back after Monday night and was just tremendous. 22-25, 340 yards. Devonta goes 8 for 169, AJ 5 for 85, and 3 of them scored touchdowns. They are formidable.
Jalen made the right reads. He was delivering the ball on time. Once again I thought he played stellar. We are watching something fascinating. Watching him take that next step. I had my doubts about whether he could do this. It's why we talked about giving him this year. If there was anyone who was going to get it right and take his game to the next level. Because he is a guy who will work his tail off. And he did. And he looks great. Now he looks like a franchise QB. He looks terrific. What a great thing, because the one thing we all loved was him as a guy.
What a day yesterday."
