LVIV, UKRAINE – MAY 06: One of the brown bears recently moved from Kyiv wanders around the woodland area of its new home at the Bear Sanctuary Damazhyr on May 06, 2022 in Lviv, Ukraine. As the effects of the Russian invasion of Ukraine spread across the country, Bear Sanctuary Domazhyr took in seven bears from the White Rock Bear Shelter near Kyiv which is run by the Four Paws partner organisation “Save Wild Fund”, in an emergency transfer. Three of the bears have since been moved on to bear sanctuaries in Germany but four remain. Opened in 2017, the Four Paws Domazhyr sanctuary now has over 20 hectares of land, with room for up to 32 rescue bears.

Bear Crashes Kid's Birthday Party
Uninvited guests are always weird. They show up, and you have to pretend you are happy to see them when in reality you never asked them to come. But it is even worse when said invited guest is big, fury, and has giant paws. That was what happened when a black bear crashed the birthday party of a two-year-old in West Hartford. The bear strolled into the party and helped himself to the bagels, lox, and cupcakes set up on a table. It was pretty rude considering the bear didn't even bring a gift for the birthday boy. We can see why they didn't invite the bear.

Dad Buys a Yacht For His Newborn
A new standard has been set for what present you buy for a baby. You might be thinking of baby clothes, toys, bottles, or diapers. Normal things one buys when a baby is born. But one father went the extra mile and bought his newborn son a yacht worth $2.8 million. He also got his new son a $34k wardrobe worth of clothing.
“We want to give him the same start in life as the other kids so we have set up a trust fund for him. Tony [my ex] gifted him $1.15 million and I matched it for him. We will obviously build up a nice portfolio of things for him over the next few years.”
Electric Car Powered Vasectomy
Dr. Christopher Yang was about to perform a Vasectomy when the power at his clinic went out. But instead of rescheduling the procedure, he had a McGyver-esque solution. Dr. Yang ran a power line all the way from his electric pickup truck to the room he was doing the surgery. The procure went off without a hitch.
