Today she discussed a story about a dog and sea lion playing a game of catch, a psychic claiming she has the key to avoiding hangovers, and Dunkin partnering with a brewery to release some seasonal beers. Here are today's stories.
Dunkin Teams Up With Harpoon For 3 Donut-Inspired Beers
Dunkin and Harpoon are teaming up again for some donut-inspired Beers. They have partnered with New England Based Brewery for the last 3 years and now will release 3 more beers. It started with a Pumpkin Spice Beer a few years ago. But now you can try their Blueberry Matcha IPA, Maple Crème Blonde Ale, and Midnight American Porter. And the Pumpkin Spice Latte Ipa will still be brought back as well. But the beers are only available for a limited time. There are six packs of the Pumpkin Spice, mixed packs with the other 3, and all 4 will be offered at the Brewery itself.
Psychic Claims to Have the Key to Avoiding Hangovers
If you often find yourself struggling with hangovers after one to many drinks, perhaps you have not spent enough time connecting with your drink spiritually. Nicolle Merrilyne, a Seattle-based Medium, claims to have the key to avoiding hangovers. In a TikTok video, she explains you first have to connect spiritually with your drink. Start by placing a "protective aura" around yourself. Then you have to "ground your drink" to expel any negative energy. And finally, you have "set the intention" to drink it and send it "into the drink while stirring three times to the left."
The response to her 3 videos, which netted over 600k views, was a bit mixed. Some loved the idea. Others called it out for nonsense.
A Dog and Sea Lion Play a Game of Catch
In the cutest story of the day, a video of a dog and sea lion playing catch together has gone viral. Dave Nelson took his pooch Moe to the beach to get some exercise and play catch. He was throwing the ball with Moe, but that was when a Sea Lion entered the picture. It followed Dave and his dog up the beach and eventually joined them in the game of catch.
"It came all the way up to the beach and Moe went out and sniffed, and the Sea Lion gave a couple loving barks," -Dave Nelson said to KSBW
Moe seemed to catch the ball most of the time. But the Sea Lion did get it sometimes, and it was smart enough to play the game and bring it back to Dave to continue the game of catch. Watch the video, in all its cuteness, below.
