PHILADELPHIA, PA – JULY 25: Pitcher Aaron Nola #27 of the Philadelphia Phillies walks off the mound after being removed with two outs in the ninth inning of a game against the Atlanta Braves at Citizens Bank Park on July 25, 2021 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Phillies defeated the Braves 2-1.

According to Phillies insider Todd Zolecki the four Phillies who will not be traveling to the "great white north" are JT Realmuto, Alec Bohm, Aaron Nola, and Kyle Gibson.
The Phillies don't have a need for Aaron Nola since he pitched Monday night, so he wasn't going to pitch anyway. Alec Bohm got injured in Monday's game so there is a good chance he wasn't going to play anyway. Realmuto and Gibson are the big losses as the Phillies are poised for a bullpen game Tuesday night because they don't have any other starters.
Hopefully the Phillies can weather the storm and the players heading to Toronto can step up. If the Phillies were to drop both games in the series that would make 4 losses in a row and the first losing streak for the Phillies in the Rob Thompson era. The Phillies enter Toronto a few percentage points ahead of St. Louis for the final Wild Card spot.
