If you are in your 30's you grew up going to watch Eagles training camp in Lehigh. If you're older you may remember when the Eagles had training camp in West Chester. But all of that changed when Chip Kelly was hired as Eagles coach in 2013 and moved training camp to the Novacare Complex. It took the fan access to their favorite teams away. The Eagles appeased the fans by holding open practices at Lincoln Financial Field but it wasn't a real practice. It was the players going through the motions.

But even with the players doing the basic drills, it was a chance for fans to see their team and their favorite players. But in recent years the number of open practices have dwindled, and the price has gone up. Something that used to be free now costs money, although all proceeds go to the Eagles Autism Foundation. Last season there was just two open practices but this year Eagles fans are getting just ONE.

One chance to bring your family to see DeVonta Smith, Jalen Hurts, AJ Brown and company for an affordable price. One chance to go root on your favorite team without paying an arm and a leg. ONE chance to get a TASTE of football before the games count. Its a shame.

The lone Eagles open practice will take place August 7th at 7pm and tickets go on sale Wednesday at 10am. Tickets range from $10-25 dollars and can be purchased on Ticketmaster. Best of luck if you are trying to get tickets!
