ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter joined the John Kincade Show to discuss the NFL draft. With the draft happening Thursday, this was the final time that the guys could pick Schefter’s brain as to what he thinks the Eagles could do with their two first round picks. Could the Eagles move up? Move down? What about trading up into the top 7?

“I don’t think they are going up to a top 7 pick,” Schefter told the Kincade Gang. “I think the cost will be too high. I think if there’s a guy at 10, 11, 12 that they like then that kind of thing I think they do.”

But what if there is a player they REALLY want? The Eagles have two first round picks in next years draft and that could be enticing for a team high in the draft looking to trade out. Well if you are in favor of heading into the 2023 NFL Draft with two first round picks then Schefter had good news for you!

“I dont think theres any way that they trade one of those first round picks next year to go up in this years draft.”

One area that the Eagles need to address is cornerback. But Schefter had some bad news for Eagles fans on that front.

“I think the corners go early. I dont think (Derek) Stingley or (Sauce) Gardner fall into Philly’s range.”
