James Harden wants to be a Sixers according to ESPN NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarwoski. But he hasnt made a formal trade request out of Brooklyn because he fears the public backlash that would come down from asking out of two franchises in two years.

James Harden is hopeful that Sixers president Daryl Morey “comes and gets him.” But as of now the Sixers and Nets appear to be in a game of chicken. Woj followed up his initial tweet saying that the two sides have yet to have serious negotiations. At this point, if youre Brooklyn you know you are going to lose Harden in the offseason, and you probably arent getting a better package than what the Sixers could offer.
