What a spicy meatball we have here from ESPN. NBA Insiders Brian Windhorst and Marc J. Spears are both hearing that the Philadelphia 76ers are considering including Tobias Harris in trade talks. Harris signed a max contract in 2019 for 5 years and $180 million.

"That is the word out there because they can't necessarily get an All-Star they want in return right now," Spears said. "The Sixers have continued their talks, they've talked to teams about trading Tobias and Ben"

While the world awaits a Ben Simmons trade, this is really the first time Tobias Harris' name has been mentioned. There is no question that since signing that max deal Tobias has been a disappointment. Hes a nice #3 but with Ben Simmons out he is proving that he isnt an effective #2 and he is definitely overpaid. The Sixers felt like they had to give him that contract after giving up the assets to trade for him at the 2019 deadline.

This thing should start heating up before the February 10th deadline.
