Do I like the fact that the Eagles best wide receiver and the Eagles best cornerback have developed a bromance? No… I LOVE IT. The Eagles, for the first time in a LONGGGG time, finally have a shutdown cornerback in the form of Darius Slay. They also, for the first time in a LONG time, have a legitimate threat at the wide receiver position in the form of DeVonta Smith. And the two’s budding friendship is a beautiful thing for a fan base to see.
Monday the Eagles released a glimpse of their relationship on Twitter as the two switched positions at practice with Smith playing cornerback and Slay playing wide receiver.

Its nice that the Eagles finally have talent, and that the talent have formed a bond. Darius Slay isnt wasting his time with J.J. Arcega-Whiteside. Hes taken the 10th overall pick under his wing because he knows hes special. You just love to see it.
