ESPN Insider Adam Schefter, fresh off breaking news, hopped on the John Kincade Show for his weekly hit. The big question on most Eagles fans minds is why isnt the team running the football.

“I mean, I don’t know what to say about it,” Schefter told the group. “I thought for sure this past Sunday coming off the week they had against Dallas that they were going to run the ball down the Chiefs throats….and they didn’t do that. I was surprised. And so, at some point they have to get back to that for the balance of the team, for the sanity of everybody else. And they just haven’t done that yet.”

But the Eagles are struggling. They are 1-3 and you have to go deep into the schedule to find the next win. There is a very realistic chance that the Eagles could be 1-6 at the trade deadline. Would the Eagles sell?

“If they are 1-6, yes! I would think that makes sense. ANd like you said, we’ve always talked about how they are aggressive, and they are aggressive to try and win, but I would think that they are aggressive to try and turn it around too. They’re always going to try to be aggressive….but at 1-6….theyre sellers.”
