Not great news out of Eagles camp today, as 10th overall pick DeVonta Smith is listed as out with a knee sprain. The sprain will keep him out week to week, so Smith’s status for the teams first preseason game against the Steelers on August 12th is suddenly up in the air.
If this story sounds familiar, its because it is. Jalen Reagor missed a good chunk of last seasons training camp after suffering a shoulder injury. Oh, and he is off to a slow start, failing a conditioning test…..
UPDATE: Adam Schefter did some digging and found out the severity of the Injury. Smith is expected to miss 2-3 weeks with an MCL sprain.
