NASCAR Driver Ryan Ellis Has Fun With New Flyer Ryan Ellis

Its tough sometimes having the same name as a celebrity. When the celebrity makes news, all of a sudden your twitter account blows up. I myself remember when Pat Egan the pitcher was designated for assignment by the Brewers. What a day! But imagine signing onto twitter to find out that you've been traded to a team in a sport that you don't play. Thats what happened to NASCAR driver Ryan Ellis when the Flyers traded for hockey player Ryan Ellis. But the driver had fun with it. Ellis went through the 7 stages of grief

At first, there was the utter shock.

Then there was sadness. After all....he was leaving the city he didn't even know he was apart of

Then there was acceptance. Ellis started liking the way that Flyers logo looked

And by the end of the day, Ellis became a full fledged Philadelphian. Ready to hop off a plane and get into a fist fight with a grown mascot.

This is how you do it folks. Ryan Ellis the driver, gets it. Im not going to pretend to know who Ryan Ellis the driver was before seeing these tweets, but he had fun with this and I think when NASCAR comes to Dover, or Pocono hes going to have some new fans.
