Jayson Stark was the first to break the story. The reported terms are 2 years at $28 million.
Didi Gregorius reunited with his former manager Joe Girardi in what was thought to be a bounce back year for the former Yankee. Gregorious immediately became a fan favorite, coming up big in key moments for the Phils last season. The soon to be 31 year old hit .284/.339/.488 with 10 homeruns and 40 RBI primarily hitting out of the heart of the lineup (4th, 5th or 6th)
Here is what the Phillies projected lineup will look like next season.
#Phillies lineup with Gregorius back likely to go something like this:
— Jayson Stark (@jaysonst) January 30, 2021
LF McCutchen
1B Hoskins
RF Harper
C Realmuto
3B Bohm
SS Gregorius
2B Segura
CF Kingery
But Kingery could split CF with Haseley, 2B with Segura.
Doesn't sound like they're still in the CF market (for now)
