Major League Baseball is giving fans the chance to interact with teams virtually according to ESPN.

Launching on Opening Day you can head to the MLB website, the Gameday app, or though social media links to cheer, boo, or clap, all while at home.

So how does it work? The MLB says “Scoreboard operators at ballparks will receive a live interface reflecting fan reaction, allowing the operator to adjust the type of artificial fan noise pumped to empty stadiums.”

These fan interactive features will appear on your phone or computer screen similar to the reactions while watching an Instagram Live video and will also show who those who are watching are rooting for.
