Manco & Manco in Ocean City, New Jersey is closed for cleaning Tuesday after three employees tested positive for coronavirus.
The three employees are self quarantining for 14 days and will not return to work until being re-tested. Two of the employees who tested positive were asymptomatic.
The pizza shop plans to reopen Wednesday, July 15 after it has been cleaned but will suspend the sale of pizza slices until further notice.
They will also add safety seals to all curbside and pick up pizza boxes, not just delivery, as well as additional UV-C light technology to high touched areas.
Manco & Manco employees will continue to wear masks and practice frequent hand washing as well as continue to receive temperature checks daily.
The Somers Point location of Manco & Manco has not been exposed to COVID-19 and will stay open, however the location will also be sanitized.
