The Big Ten is reportedly planning on a conference-only season for all 2020 fall sports including football.
According to ESPN, playing only conference games is “the most likely outcome” for all fall sports.
The Big Ten is the first FBS conference to take a step towards the fate of fall sports. The ACC announced Thursday the delay of fall sports until September, but the decision as of now does not affect football.
The Ivy League has already announced the cancellation of all fall sports and the Patriot League announced they won’t begin fall competition until Sept. 4.
