New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced on Tuesday he is signing an executive order that lifts the stay-at-home order for the state that has been in place since March.

Murphy is also signing an executive order to raise the limit on outdoor gathering, the limit will be raised to 100 people effective immediately.

Indoor gathering will also be permitted at either 25% of a buildings capacity or 50 people total, whichever is lower.

Murphy also said Tuesday he expects the limit on outdoor gatherings to be raised to 250 people on June 22 and 500 by July 3rd.

The executive order also allowed pools and outdoor and recreational businesses except for amusement parks, water parks, and arcades to open on the 22nd.
