Report: Phillies Sign New Athletic Trainer Paul Buchheit

The Phillies haven’t made an official statement yet, but multiple sources say the team has hired a new head athletic trainer, Paul Buchheit.

Buchheit was the assistant athletic trainer for the Boston Red Sox.

Buchheit replaces Scott Sheridan, who became the Phillies’ head athletic trainer in October 2006.
