Phillies hire Joe Dillon as Hitting Coach
The Philadelphia Phillies announced Thursday they hired Joe Dillon as the Phillies’ hitting coach.

Dillon, the former Nationals assistant hitting coach. In 2015 he spent two seasons as the minor league hitting coordinator for the Marlins minor league team.
Dillon joins new pitching coach Bryan Price on Girardi’s staff.
