The Fanatic’s Sal Pal called into Farzetta & Tra In The Morning Thursday morning to let us in on a recent interesting text exchange he had with Eagles head coach Doug Pederson.

Sal asked Pederson what his message to the team was for the start of camp.  Doug answered that the team needs to focus on getting better everyday, avoid the distractions and the pressure of a Superbowl repeat.

Sal reported that Doug is always aware of what’s going on in the locker room and with the fans.

…and that Carson Wentz is “good to go!”

When the question of Carson’s workload would be managed so no set backs, Pederson texted back “we will a little bit”.

Superbowl or bust!
