This video of Malcolm Jenkins describing how he knew they were going to win the Superbowl is everything you need this Monday.

Early on, Malcolm says once he heard what the Patriots were running out of the tunnel to, he knew they were going to win. Later on in the video, he relives what the end of the game was like and the relief that was felt.

“My heart dropped, once it hit the ground. There was so much weight we had been carrying as players just in our season. The things we had to go through, the injuries, the whole social justice thing. Our players and what we’ve been doing. The fact that the city had never won a Super Bowl, the hopes and dreams of our entire fan base. Just fell off our back in that moment.”

We remember the relief too, Malcolm. We can’t wait to live it again.
